I was born many a year ago in the English city of Liverpool, which recently (as of time of publication) celebrated it’s 800th birthday. To this date, I still live there. I was born into a very Christian (specifically Catholic) family, primarily thanks to my Italian heritage. For much of my life, I remained a staunch Christian, believing only three major religions and their off-shoots were correct (Christianity, Judaism and Islam). However, I always held unorthodox views compared to the rest of my family.
Yet never in my wildest dreams would I believe that I would begin down the path of the Druid. That is, untill I began to do some research out of curiosity. The first thing I noticed was the respect and love of nature Druids held, and that struck close to home – for in my heart I have always loved the Earth and all her natural wonders, holding great distaste for the dreadful things civilisation is doing to it. It was that love of nature in Druidry that provoked me into doing further study, and slowly but surely I began to realise the a lot of Druid beliefs made sense. And so, with time, I set down the path of the Druid, trying to maintain Christian views.
The rest you shall discover only if you chose to walk down the path with me.
